In 2020, MEG was conceived as the brainchild of Dee Murray, a former Advanced Psychotherapist, who recognized the glaring gap in resources for individuals encountering perimenopause and post-menopause, and the lack of expertise to support every aspect of symptom management, whether naturally or clinically, or both. Her own perimenopause lasted more than 11 years.

Driven by a passion to fill this void, Dee set out to build a community of experts, and drawing from her professional and personal experiences she carefully crafted an educational program tailored for individuals, entrepreneurs, sole traders, and organizations.
